Five minutes frozen smoothie triple berry and spinach – a wonderful drink!
- Ingrediants
- 1 cup fat-free milk.
- 1 Package frozen smoothie triple berry
- 1 cup torn fresh spinach
- 3/4 cup hard apple cider
- Fresh apple slice
- Ice
Directions
- In blender container, place milk, Frozen Smoothie bag and spinach. Cover; blend on high speed 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stopping blender to scrape down sides as necessary, until smooth. Pour into glasses.
Expert Tips
You can also use Raspberries and Blueberries for garnishing the smoothie.
